Box Cricket League Punjab:Ambersariye Hawks Wins Match against Chandigarhiye Yankies

Chandigarh 13th June:- It's the fourth match of the series and Chandigariye Yankies has caste its charm all around already. This team plays cricket but in the spirit of friendship and now that's what the other teams are learning from them. Both the teams who have played with Chandigarhiye Yankies till now have actually enjoyed the match thoroughly.

Chandigarhiye Team won the toss and chose to ball first. The Ambersariye team was able to mark the scoreboard with a total of 164 runs at the loss of 4 wickets only. Adesh Chaudhary from Ambersariye Hawks again bagged the highest scorer by making a score of 82 runs. Looking on the other side of the coin Ambersariye Hawks kept tight bowling field and Chandigarhiye Yankies were able to score only 68 runs at the loss of 7 wickets. Ambersariye Hawks marked their victory with a huge margin of 96 runs.

Chandigarhiye Yankies realized early in the game that winning this match would not be possible for them. Thus began the khappkhana quotient of BCL-Punjab. The Chandigarhiyes started having fun; whenever the ball used to reach the boundary they would start dancing irrespective of the fact whether their players hit it or the other team. After losing as well, their excitement was at such a level that they ran inside the stadium, took the wickets in their hands and started dancing. Ambersariye Hawks were actually in a fix and were perplexed seeing the Chandigarhiye Team enjoying, they started doubting whether in fact it was their team that had won the match.

Where else can you get such a response from the losing team? They did lose the match but this team can never lose their spirit of enjoyment.
