Chandigarh 06th April:- Washington Apple Commission brought the freshness of apples straight from the orchards of Washington State to Chandigarh on April 6, 2016. As part of a 70 city national campaign called 'The Washington Apple Wagon Tour', Washington Apple Commission created a fun and exciting event for the school kids of New Public School, Chandigarh.
The road show, spread across two months, is aimed to educate the apple lovers about the succulent Washington apple varieties available in India along with a number of delights. Within a span of two days, 'The Washington Apple Wagon Tour' in Chandigarh attracted excellent participation for various contests and competitions. Not only this, lucky consumers also got a chance to win a host of prizes while being educated on health benefits of Washington apples.
Apple lovers got another reason to celebrate with the plethora of fun and frolic activities. This year, the excitement of the consumers was taken a notch higher with a unique photo booth created at the Wagon. The consumers not only got a chance to take fun pictures with their friends and family using the Washington apple themed props, but also got an opportunity to win exciting prizes by uploading pictures on their social media pages.
