AKSIPS Mohali Celebrates Annual Day

Chandigarh 05th November:- The Annual Day celebrated at AKSIPS-125 was a unique amalgamation of knowledge and entertainment. The event themed "Aashayein – Farsh se Arsh tak" witnessed a huge participation from enthusiastic students. Through enthralling dances and mesmerizing performances, the students depicted very beautifully that optimism is the faith that leads to achievements. Nothing can be done without hope and confidence.

The students presented an insight into life skills through human relationships in a dramatic dance form, to empower the youth to act responsibly, take initiative & take control, so that they can rise above impasses arising from daily conflicts, entangled relationships & peer pressure, thereby helping them to conquer anti socialism& high risk behaviours. Besides these, songs and entertaining items kept the students in high spirits. The audience was all praises for the zeal and talent showcased by the students.

The chief guest on the occasion was Mrs. Amaninder Kaur, PCS, Sub Divisional Magistrate, Kharar, (Mohali). She commended the creative flair of students and motivated them with her words. She said that she appreciated this endeavour by AKSIPS-125. It is a new way of making learning a joyful experience for the students.  She expressed that 'Aashayein' the theme of the function was very impressive as it is the hope only which keeps our mind and soul alive. It is through hope only that we can be victorious in life.

Jasdeep Kalra, The Executive Director of AKSIPS Group of School said that the talent show cased by the students in the dance sequence presented very beautifully the inner strength of girl and her perseverance in her life. It also shows cased the importance of hope in one's life. He remarked, "Such platforms are the need of the day. Learning through fun is in, while B.N.S. Walia, the Chairman of AKSIPS Group of Schools also voiced the same opinion and said that he was delighted at the innovative envisioning of organizers.

The Principal of AKSIPS-125, Mrs. Parnika Singh applauded the endeavour and said that extra-curricular activities shape the overall persona of children. She encouraged the students to participate in such events.
