Dr. Zora Singh, Chancellor DBU, welcomed the esteemed guests, and shared thresholds in advancement of Indian Education Structure. He said that there was a need to make changes in the education policy as per the prevailing environment. The Education sector needs to gear up as per the changes.
Dr. Tejinder Kaur, Pro Chancellor, DBU, shared her views on prospective challenges to be faced by educational institutions and learning solutions to counter those challenges.
Dr. Manpeet Singh Manna shared the highlights of NEP which will lead towards "ATAM NIRBAR BHARAT". Dr. R.A. Gupta, Vice Chancellor, RTU-Kota and Dr. Shailendra Jain Director, SLIET Longowal emphasized on restructuring of multi-exists and multi-entrance features of NEP. Dr. Sehjpal, Principal, GNDEC Ludhiana, emphasized on research and innovation features of NEP. Dr. Gurdip Singh Academic and Accreditation Advisor for Higher Educational Institution, shared his views about criteria for assessment policies. Dr. Prabhjot Kaur, IKGPTU Mohali Campus II, discussed the isolation of "Architect" from Engineering stream.Prof. Dr. Shalini Gupta, Vice Chancellor, DBU, discussed the role of NEP for strengthening startup and Entrepreneurship.
