Chandigarh 09th September:--- The enforcement wing of Municipal Corporation Chandigarh today removed encroachments from various parts of Sector 17 and sadar Market sector 19. During the drive 115 challans issued to the violators.
The enforcement team removed encroachments from bank square, near bus stand, plaza and outer area of sector 17 and seized various items including stoves, bhattis, gas cylinders, chairs, tables, clay pots, readymade garments, shoes etc. The drive was carried peacefully under the supervision of Mr. Sunil Bhatia, Additional Commissioner and assisted by Kashmira Singh, Superintendent, Enforcement and Sub Inspectors of Enforcement wing of Municipal Corporation
