Chandigarh 10th September:--- A Chandigarh based corporate law firm, Evaluer, has initiated a project to help out start up entrepreneurs in setting up their businesses by providing free of cost consultancy. The pro bono service has been started after the firm realized that young - would be entrepreneurs, are at their wits end when it comes to aspects connected with starting a venture. He added that Evaluer is a specialized law firm, where attorneys provide legal advice on Indian Company Law and Indian Employment Law. The organisation is a lean establishment whose strength is the immense capacity for legal research. The company's field work has shown that the region's corporate sector is still in its stages of infancy in the area of corporate governance and there is a growing demand for reliable, basic legal advice for entrepreneurs and mid-sized companies.
