CGC organise Job Fair :72 students have been selected

Mohali 10^th September:-- Chandigarh Group of Colleges Jhanjeri achieved success in the beginning of the session, when a large number of its MBA students got placed in a leading retail company. In this open job fair about 600 students from CGC Jhanjeri and Landran, Chandigarh University Gharuan, DAVIET Jalandhar, Baddi University participated. The drive consisted of Group discussion and Personnel Interview after PPT. The company has its retail outlets in more than 45 cities. As such the students have a wide choice for selecting the city of their preference for their posting. The selected students will be given a salary of 2.5 lac annually along with incentives and other perks. After the Final process total 72 students selected.

Rashpal Singh Dhaliwal, President CGC said that there could not have been a better beginning of the new session than this. He congratulated the staff and students for the  hard work done  by them for this .

G .D Bansal, Director General CGC said that a number of the other companies have already shown their willingness for carrying out placements at CGC Jhanjeri. Dr. Bansal said that he is confident that all the eligible students of CGC will be placed before they pass out
