Teachers Refresher Course conclude at SGGS School

Chandigarh, 03rd July:-- A seven day Teachers Refresher Course, organized for the enhancement of the teaching and communication skills of mentors, concluded today at Sri Guru Gobind Singh Collegiate Public School, Sector-26.

          In the presidential remarks, School Management Committee President Gurdev Singh highlighted the role of teachers in shaping the future of a child. Vice President Mr. Kulbir Singh said that the teachers should realize their responsibility of nation building through the all around personality development of his students. "Emphasize should be on inculcating the quest of learning among the students", he said.

While addressing the participants, SES Secretary Col. JS Bala said that very important topics were discussed at length during the seminar. "It would be proved very beneficial for the teachers in discharging their duties," he opined.

          Earlier in the last technical session, Dr. Savneet Kaur highlighted the importance of ability to understand the child psychology in school education.

          School Director Jaswinder Kaur presented the vote of thanks, while Principal Dr. Jodh Singh informed about the various aspects covered in the course
