Taking place from 17th to 26th January 2025, the festival promises to be a spectacular celebration of Japan's rich food traditions, offering attendees a unique opportunity to immerse themselves in the flavors and atmosphere of Japan right in the heart of Tricity.
At the heart of Matsuri is an exceptional selection of food and drink. LTD, will be hosting exclusive Sake food pairings and cooking demonstrations throughout the weekend. Maaya with her knowledge and passion for Japanese food, will offer insights into creating both authentic and contemporary dishes. Maya advocates the idea that "sake is a drinkable supplement," not only for its delicious taste, but also for its health and beauty benefits. In India, she has given more than 20 lectures on Japanese sake at Japanese Restaurants and Liquor stores. Been part of Tasting events and Tours planned for Executives and Organized Japanese Sake tasting events in Restaurants and the Japanese Embassy.
