TWO-DAY GALA EXHIBITION – DOLI- THE WEDDING GRANDEUR , AT THE LALIT FROM JUL 12

Chandigarh 10^th July:-A complete Wedding, Life Style & Fashion Exhibition " Doli, The Wedding Grandeur" going  to be held at Hotel The Lalit at IT Park, Chandigarh on July 12 & 13, 2014. 81 top Fashion & Lifestyle Designers from the Tri-city, and other parts of India, Fashion divas who have designed attires for Bollywood actresses & also Punjabi Cinema, or Pollywood, will be present with their mesmerizing collections. To give a feel of what to look out for at Doli, which will not only be a Wedding shoppers' paradise, but a one stop shop for all your fashion & lifestyle needs, models donned some classic bridal wears and designer apparel of some of the esteemed designers who are participating in the gala event-Doli. The fashion designers too were present. Doli is an exhibition by 'A Million Dollar Affair', a company managed by a dynamic trio – Ms. Neha Singla, Ms. Nidhi Chadha & Ms. Manpreet Kaur.

Ms. Neha, said that the USP of Doli is the presence of an ensemble of all kinds of tasteful product & services required  before and after the most awaited moment in every one's life, 'your wedding'. When we talk about Wedding, it's not only Bridals, in fact it's a package of Gold & Diamond Jewellery, wedding planners, Caterers, DJ, Photography experts, Make Up artistes, Cosmetics, Luxury Premium Cars, Venue & Resorts, Holiday Packages, Saloons, Spas, Gyms, Lingerie, a complete collection of Daaj&Wari etc.

Couture and accessories connoisseurs will get the advantage of seeing latest Bollywood, Pollywood & Tellywood trends in designer wear. Anjali who owns the brand Ujjayra was present at the preview. Anjali is known for having designed for Bollywood & Pollywood movies like Golmaal 3 , Mrs.& Mr. 420 to name a few. Ravneet a Tellywood designer's dresses too mesmerized at the sneak peek organized for media.Nivedita of Niveaz Ensembles: who has designed attires for Pollywood Movies, showcased her dresses. Niveaz Ensemble was the official costume designer for the Punjabi movie Ishq Brandy. Ms. Nivedita, said that her collection will be an attractive mix of Anarkalis, Suits, Saris, Lehangas& designer Indowestern wear. The highlight is the use of Swarovski, Gotta Patti, Pearl, Dabka&Phulkari work that makes each piece unique and special."

Nidhi a young & creative Fashion Designer's outfits too were shown. Doli will not stop to surprise. The stylish exhibition will also present Veena Nagda, nicknamed by Producer- Director Karan Johar's 'The Bollywood Mehndi Queen.' Veena's Work has also featured in several Bollywood blockbusters such as Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gham, Kal Ho Na Ho, Yeh Jawaani Hai Dewaani and Albums including Falguni Pathak's Maine Payal Hai Chankai.
