Chandigarh Youth Congress Kickstarts Its Campaign against the Price Rise

Chandigarh Nov.09, 2021:- Chandigarh youth congress today kick started its campaign against the price rise done by the Bjp led central government  from sector 7 Chandigarh which is part of ward no 2 of the Municipal corporation Chandigarh. The campaign was led by H S Lucky General Secretary and Chief Spokesperson of Chandigarh Congress and accompanied by Sunil Sharma, Richi Bhargava, Satyavir Aloriya Co-Incharges of Chandigarh Youth Congress Manoj Lobana Youth Congress President Chandigarh.

The Congress activists gathered in front of petrol pump sector 7 and went to government quarters and sector 7 market distributing pamphlets highlighting the price rise and price difference during congress and BJP regime. H S Lucky said that the BJP Government was fleecing the people, prices of all essential commodities have increased manifold. Talking about petrol and diesel their prices have increased by almost 40 Rs/- in the past  one year but the relief given is only Rs 5 and 10 which is too little too late. The common man is totally disillusioned with the policies of bjp and is feeling cheated, added Lucky.

Richi Bhargava said that the campaign of the youth Congress will continue in coming days and youth Congress activists will go to every nook and corner of the city to campaign against the Bjp as it has cheated the youth of country and is responsible for the rampant unemployment and price rise on the other hand. The response to the campaign was very encouraging, said Karanbir Singh Kanu Youth Congress General Secretary.

Among the activists who were present during the campaign included Rajiv Moudgil, Ajay Sharma, Navdeep Singh, Ish Sharma, Ashwani Gupta, D N Behra, Ajit Kumar and others.
