Health Checkup Drive by Desh Bhagat Hospital in collaboration with Municipal Committee office, Amloh

Amloh May 04, 2020:-A health checkup  drive was organised  by Desh Bhagat Hospital ,Mandi Gobindgarh, dist. Fatehgarh Sahib  in  collaboration  with Municipal Committee,  Amloh.  A total of  51  Sanitary/Sanitation  workers were  medically  examined  while maintaining  proper  distancing  as per WHO guidelines.

The aim Of the health checkup  was  to  spread  awareness  of  Covid -19  disease  and   related  infection  control  practices  among sanitary/sanitation  workers,  who are front line warriors and helping us to fight against pandemic COVID-19 , by maintaining cleanliness around .The Sanitary  workers were also guided about safe waste disposable practices, self care , social distancing ,proper use of  personal protective equipment.

President, Mrs. Kiran Sood, Municipal Committee extended his support to accomplish the activity through his presence during entire campaign. 

Director, Dr. Kulbhushan said that we are  prepared to care for the community, during this COVID-19 pandemic. Our infection prevention experts are in close contact with the state and regional, administration, enabling them to share the latest information with patients, staff, and visitors.

Chairman, Dr. Zora Singh, Desh  Bhagat Hospital, said, that these are certainly challenging times, however,  we are inspired by the strength, compassion, and determination of our team members and the community who are working tirelessly to keep the community healthy. 

He added that stay Strong, together we will win this fight against COVID-10 pandemic, he added.
