To activate 'Sakhi' Vodafone and Idea customers can emergency alert dial 1800123100 (toll-free) and update their ICE (In Case of Emergency) Contact numbers. When faced with a challenging situation, Sakhi users can dial 12100 toll free to send emergency alerts to the ICE contacts.
