Chandigarh 21st December:- To discuss various issues related to Residential and Commercial an emergency board meeting of Chandigarh Property Consultants Association (Regd.) was held in the Hotel Park Grand Sector 43.The meeting was held under the chairmanship of Madan Lal Garg.
In the meeting members also gave their suggestions. The meeting which was held discussed the matters about collector rate cut by the Chandigarh Administration, discussion about the Transfer of Chandigarh Housing Board flats , Chandigarh Housing Board flats to remove the lock in period of five years, in the areas of leasing Chandigarh Housing Board hold the right to transfer commercial properties, etc. In the meeting Chairman Madan Lal Garg, President Raj Kumar Pal, Chief Patron Subhash Bhalla, Chief Spoksman Naresh Thaman, General Secretary Gurnam Singh Saini and Finance Secretary Kuljeet Singh Mintu were also present in the meeting.
