CHB Chairman Releases Property Consultants Association's Directory

Chandigarh 25^th September:- The General House meeting of Property Consultants Association (Regd), Chandigarh was held at Hotel Sunbeam Premium sector 22B , Chandigarh.  More than 200 members of the association attended the meeting.  Maninder Singh, IAS, Chairman of Chandigarh Housing board presided over as Chief Guest and released the revised edition of Directory of Property Consultants Association (Regd.) Chandigarh for 2015-16-17.

Raj Kumar Pal, President of the Association and Madan Lal Garg, Chairman of the Association in his brief address highlighted the decisions made by the present chairman of the CHB.  The decisions taken by honourable Chairman CHB are multiple transfers, delinking of violations, and removal of 5 years lock-in period, removal of two sureties' clause, transfer in the name of legal heirs, tatkal service and clearing of pending cases in a time bound period. He further told the house that the chairman is very sympathetic and considerate to the demands of the Association in favour of general public. Madan Lal Garg also requested to the Chairman CHB to consider the following: (1) possession to the GPA / Sub GPA holders (2) Removal of interview & Convenyance deed in Sector 51A free hold flats and (3) Reduction in transfer fees.

Orgainising Secy. of PCAC RS Sohal who also edited the Directory of the Association spoke about benefits and importance of the Directory and also praised and thanks the Chairman CHB for decisions taken by him recently. 

 The meeting ended in a very congenial atmosphere.
