Connect Broadband Launches ‘Speaker’s Forum’

Chandigarh 13th June:- In an era that is marked by technological globalization, the most widely recognized symbol is 'World Wide Web' which unites everyone. It is impossible to talk of the 21st century without Technology and Internet. But do we really know this virtual internet world we live in? With a purpose to aid the fast evolving Technological Globalization, Connect Broadband takes a major step towards spreading internet awareness to one and all. To do so, Connect Broadband has tied up with its enterprise partners and technology experts to put together a Speaker's Forum that will provide technical know-how to corporate and individuals on internet training.

 With clear leadership in Punjab in Retail & Enterprise segments for the last 15 years, Connect Broadband has formed Connect Speaker's Forum incorporating Panel members and Technology Experts who will share interesting Glimpses into the technology world through Seminars, Panel Discussions, School Connect Programs, Corporate Roundtables, and the like. An initiative formed with the purpose of making the world around us Technology Savvy, Connect Speaker's Forum will share insights with users on important aspects of the technology world including Internet Do's & Don'ts with its corporate customers including major banks, business houses, and educational institutions across Punjab. The Forum will invite speakers to be a part of the Speaker's Panel to volunteer and aid this purpose. The Connect Speaker's Forum will aid one such Unique Program, 'Net Champs' aimed at children in Age group 5 to 15. The Program will actively work with school student to educate them on the nuances of the World Wide Web, and how to utilize their potential with information available just a click away.

Talking about the Connect Speaker's Forum initiative, Arvind Bali, Director and CEO, Connect Broadband & Videocon Telecommunications Limited, said that after launching our enterprise services in Haryana and Himachal, we have a bigger customer base and better infrastructure resulting in technologically advanced solutions for our enterprise customers. We are celebrating this achievement by organizing a gala evening for our valued customers to help build customer relationships.

To adorn the launch event, Connect Broadband brought in Sufi sensation 'Ali Brothers' who come from the Patiala Gharana of Music and are renowned for Sufi style of singing. To make this evening even more memorable, winner of Videocon Young Manch season 1 Rupali also joined in and entertained the guests with her scintillating performance.
