Free Folk Music Academy for Blind, Special, Economically Weaker Children Announced by Philanthropist Alamjit Singh Maan ,Folk Singer Hardeep Singh , Director Darshan Aulakh

Chandigarh 20th June:- State Awardee, Rashtriya  Rattan awardee , Philanthropist Alamjit Singh Maan with Folk Punjabi Singh Hardeep, Director Darshan Aulakh  and  J S Jayra Principal  Blind Institute Chandigarh  announced First ever Free Folk Music  Academy for blind ,special, economically weaker children and Common  Youth in Zirakpur  where Stars of  Punjabi Film industry will impart Punjabi Folk Music that too free .

A free helpline for last rites of unknown dead bodies was also Launched + 918427953163 , worth mentioning that Maan has already cremated more than 200 bodies in last thirty years ,also he will soon  introduce Hi Tich Ambulance that too free for Accident Victims  at Chandigarh Press Club .

Folk Singer Hardeep Singh and Director Darshan Aulakh extended full support form Punjabi Film Industry to this noble cause.

Principal of Blind Institute Chandigarh JS Jayra said that music class is a preferred activity for many students ( 20 Percent )who are blind and visually impaired, but it shouldn't be assumed that all students that are blind will be musicians or be uniquely gifted in this area. Like other areas of the curriculum, adaptations may be necessary to allow the student who is blind or visually impaired to fully participate; we welcome this noble idea of Philanthropist Alamjit who celebrates his birthday with our students for last twenty years.
