Programme on Attitudinal change for Police Personnel

Chandigarh 15th July:-- A 3 days programme on Attitudinal change has been started  for Chandigarh Police personnel in Recruit Training Centre, Today in Sector-26, Chandigarh under the guidance of  R.P. Upadhyaya , I.G.P., Chandigarh and supervision of  R.S. Ghumman, I.P.S., S.S.P., Operations & Training ,Chandigarh. 50 Head Constables are attending this programme.

Vigilant India 247's  Head-Operations Shashi Bhushan Sharma has delivered lecture and motivate the Police personnel to remain focused about establishing the aims, objectives and a certain psychological points about to be taken care of during the professional as well as personal life. In the subsequent two days, an art of communication and the changes to be imbibed by the police force will be taught.

The main motive to conduct this programme is for inculcating a sense of discipline, integrity, responsibility towards policing activities of the police force. The police personnel are being briefed about the attitudinal development and the ways to improve upon about the same
