Chandigarh Branch of Sant Nirankari Mission Donates 327 Units of Blood

Chandigarh, Apr.24, 2026:-On the occasion of Manav Ekta Diwes, a blood donation camp was organized at Sant Nirankari Satsang Bhawan, Sector 30 Chandigarh. A Total of 327 units of blood were collected during the camp. Two teams — one from PGI, Sector 12, and the other from Government Multi-Specialty Hospital, Sector 16 — along with their experienced doctors and staff, carried out the blood collection process. The entire event witnessed wholehearted support and contribution from the Sadh Sangat, who participated with dedication of body, mind, and wealth.

While inaugurating the camp, Chandigarh Municipal Corporation, Mayor, Saurabh Joshi appreciated the hundreds of voluntary blood donors present. He remarked that the message of the Sant Nirankari Mission—“Let humans love one another and become each other’s support”—is not confined to words, but is a way of life lived from the heart. He described the event as not just a program, but a living example of love, harmony, and selfless service.

Yugpravartak Baba Gurbachan Singh Ji guided devotees on the path of truth, simplicity, and goodwill, inspiring youth to adopt a drug-free life and channel their energy toward social service. Baba Hardev Singh Ji emphasized the message, “Let blood flow in veins, not in drains,” making service an essential part of life—a mission that Satguru Mata Sudiksha Ji Maharaj continues to carry forward.

‘Manav Ekta Diwas’ is observed on April 24 in divine remembrance of Baba Gurbachan Singh Ji. The central event was organized at Ground No. 8, Delhi, in the presence of Satguru Mata Sudiksha Ji Maharaj and Nirankari Rajpita Ji. Simultaneously, it was successfully observed with devotion and dedication at thousands of Satsang centers across the country. The day stood as a vibrant expression of love, harmony, and selfless service.

Sant Nirankari Mandal Secretary, Respected Joginder Sukhija, informed that approximately 200 locations across India organized blood donation camps, collecting nearly 40,000 units of blood—an inspiring reflection of selfless service, altruism, and commitment to humanity.

In memory of Yugpravartak Baba Gurbachan Singh Ji, this day marks the beginning of a year-long stream of service, under which blood donation camps will be organized at around 705 locations nationwide, further strengthening the spirit of compassion and unity.

On this occasion, Sanyojak of Chandigarh Branch Navneet Pathak expressed gratitude to Mayor Joshi and shared that the blood donation camps has been continuing uninterrupted for the past four decades.

So far, through 9,174 blood donation camps, approximately 1,500,230 units of blood have been collected—serving as a living testament to the unwavering commitment of the Nirankari Mission toward humanitarian service.
