Dhawan Family Joins Tewari’s Campaign

Chandigarh, May 13, 2024:- Senior Aam Aadmi Party leader and former union minister late Harmohan Dhawan's family today formally joined the campaign of Chandigarh INDIA candidate Manish Tewari.

AAP workers' meeting was organized by Bikram Dhawan, son of late Harmohan Dhawan at his residence which was among others attended by hundreds of party workers, leaders and councilors.

Addressing the meeting, Dhawan said, it was a moment of great pride for the city that a senior parliamentarian with a wide experience was going to represent the city in the parliament. He assured the support of the entire rank and file of the party to Tewari.

Speaking on the occasion, Tewari expressed his gratitude to Dhawan, his family and the AAP workers. He said the exceptional enthusiasm displayed by the AAP workers had strengthened his campaign further and he was confident of winning with a record margin. 

Among others present on the occasion included, besides Vikram Dhawan, Chandigarh Congress president HS Lucky, AAP councilor Jaswinder Kaur, Yogesh Dhingra, Anju Katyal, Poonam Sandeep Kumar, Hardeep Singh Butrela, Suman, Ram Chander Yadav, Munawar and others.
