Chandigarh, April 09, 2024:-The Indian Pollution Control Association (IPCA) proudly announces the successful completion of 16 awareness programs across various districts in Punjab from February to April 2024. These initiatives, funded by the Punjab State Council for Science and Technology, were conducted in collaboration with local educational institutions.
Reena Chadda, General Manager of IPCA Punjab Region, expressed her gratitude to the Punjab State Council for Science and Technology, stated that we are immensely proud to have successfully concluded these 16 awareness programs in Punjab. Through collaboration with local schools and support from the Punjab State Council for Science and Technology, IPCA has made significant strides in spreading awareness about environmental conservation.
IPCA's mission was to educate students and communities about environmental sustainability and pollution control measures. These programs were implemented in 16 schools across Punjab, including Govt High Special School, Nangal, Rupnagar, Govt. High School, Dubeta, Rupnagar, Govt. Sr. Sec. School Dhamana, Rupnagar, Govt. Sr. Sec. School Kangarh, Rupnagar, Govt. Senior Secondary School for Girls, Mandi Gobindgarh, Fatehgarh Sahib, Govt. Senior Secondary School for Boys, Mandi Gobindgarh, Fatehgarh Sahib, Rajan Gupta School Head Govt High School Kotra Lehal, Sangrur, Govt. High School, Khandebad, Sangrur, Govt. High School, Alisher, Sangrur, Govt. Sr. Sec. Smart. School Bakhora Kalan, Sangrur, BLM Girls College, Nawanshahr, KC College of Engineering and Information Technology, Nawanshahr, Govt. Sr. Sec. School for Girls Amloh, Fatehgarh Sahib, Maghi Memorial College For Women Amloh, Fatehgarh Sahib, Government Senior Secondary Smart School Langroya, and Government Senior Secondary School Jadala, District Nawanshahr.
Established in 2001, IPCA is committed to fostering environmentally sustainable practices. Registered under the Society Registration Act, IPCA specializes in waste management, air quality enhancement, and community engagement programs.
