डॉ आरके जसवाल ने कहा कि देश में अचानक दिल के दौरे से मरने वाले करीब 7.5 लाख लोगों को बचाया जा सकता है, यदि  आसपास के लोग हाथों से सीपीआर जानते हों। चूंकि इनमें से अधिकांश अचानक मामले अस्पताल के बाहर होते हैं, इसलिए स्वास्थ्य प्रदाताओं के रूप में समाज को सीपीआर स्मार्ट बनाना हमारा कर्तव्य बन जाता है, उन्होंने आगे कहा, किसी दर्शक के सीपीआर से बचने की संभावना बढ़ सकती है और इसीलिए फोर्टिस का लक्ष्य हमारे ;हैंड्स ऑन हार्ट क्लब' के माध्यम से ट्राइसिटी को सीपीआर-स्मार्ट बनाना है।

उत्तर भारत की डी जे- लाइट एंड साउंड एसोसिएशनज ने अनरजिस्टर्ड कॉपीराइट कम्पनीज के खिलाफ खोला मोर्चा

Chandigarh, Sept.30, 2023:-देश भर में गीत संगीत के अवैध रूप से अनरजिस्टर्ड कॉपीराइट कम्पनीज पी पी एल (फोनोग्राफिक परफॉर्मेंस लिमिटेड)- नोवैक्स कम्युनिकेशन लिमिटेड और आई पी आर एस (इंडियन परफार्मिंग राइट्स सोसाइटी) की धक्केशाही के खिलाफ देशभर की डी जे लाइट एंड साउंड एसोसिएशनज एकजुट हो गई हैं और इन तथाकथित कम्पनीज के खिलाफ मोर्चा खोल दिया है। एसोसिएशनज का कहना है कि इन तथाकथित अनरजिस्टर्ड कॉपीराइट कम्पनीज ने देशभर में होटल इंडस्ट्री के सहयोग से 2500 करोड़ से अधिक का स्कैम किया है। एसोसिएशनज ने प्रधानमंत्री, गृहमंत्री सहित चीफ जस्टिस ऑफ इंडिया, ई डी, कॉमर्स मिनिस्टर सहित कॉरपोरेट अफेयर मिनिस्टर को पत्र लिख कर इन कम्पनीज की ई डी से जांच करवाएं जाने की मांग की है।वहीं इस प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस में शामिल हुए दिल्ली, पंजाब, हरियाणा, राजस्थान, उत्तरप्रदेश और उत्तराखंड से डी जे लाइट एंड साउंड एसोसिएशन के पदाधिकारी और सदस्यों ने इन कम्पनीज की लूट खसोट के खिलाफ विरोध जताते हुए रोष प्रकट किया और चेतावनी देते हुए कहा कि अगर यह लूट खसोट और धक्केशाही बंद न हुई तो इसके गंभीर परिणाम भुगतने होंगे।

चंडीगढ़ प्रेस क्लब में आयोजित प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस में मीडिया एवम आई पी एडवोकेट (मुम्बई) शेखर मेनन ने कहा कि  पी पी एल- नोवैक्स और आई पी आर एस व अन्य कई कम्पनीज कॉपीराइट एक्ट के तहत रजिस्टर्ड ही नही है, इनके प्रतिनिधि पिछले कई वर्षों से होटल इंडस्ट्री के साथ मिलकर भोलेभाले लोगों को डरा धमकाकर झूठे केस की धमकी देकर मोटी रकम वसूलते हैं। लोग होटल में अपने पारिवारिक फंक्शन के लिए बुकिंग करवाते है, वहीं कई होटल वाले प्राइवेसी को लीक करते हुए अपने होटलमें हो रहे फंक्शन के बारे में इन कम्पनीज को सूचित कर देते है। जिससे इन कम्पनीज के प्रतिनिधि मौके पर पहुंच आर्गेनाइजर को अवैध रूप से म्यूजिक चलाने पर लीगल कार्रवाई की धमकी देते हैं। किसी भी लीगल कार्रवाई से बचने के लिए आर्गेनाइजर किसी भी प्रकार के कोम्प्रोमाईज़ के लिए तैयार हो जाता है और वसूली करने पहुंचे कम्पनीज के प्रतिनिधि उन्हें आधी रकम की जाली रसीद थमा देते हैं। बाकी वो और होटल संचालक आधा आधा बांट लेते हैं। वहीं अगर कोई इनसे समझौता नही करता तो उसे थाने में बुला कर डराया धमकाया जाता है।  अगर कोई इनकी धक्केशाही के खिलाफ कोर्ट जाता है तो कोर्ट में इनके 15-15 वकील पहुंच जाते हैं और माननीय अदालत को अपनी झूठी दलीलों से गुमराह करने की कोशिश करते हैं। इस तरह से इन कम्पनीज द्वारा कई होटलज के सहयोग से देशभर में 2500 करोड़ से अधिक की लूट खसोट का घपला किया जा चुका है।  उन्होंने आगे कहा कि हम कानून की रिस्पेक्ट करते है और कानूनन रजिस्टर्ड कम्पनीज को ही लाइसेंस फीस पे करने को तैयार हैं।

 चंडीगढ़ डी जे- लाइट एंड साउंड एसोसिएशन के चेयरमैन मनमोहन जॉली ने कहा कि देशभर के डी जे लाइट एंड साउंड के संचालक इन तीनों व अन्य  अनरजिस्टर्ड कॉपीराइट कम्पनीज के खिलाफ एकजुट हो गए है और इनके द्वारा की जा रही धक्केशाही और अवैध वसूली के खिलाफ बगावत का बिगुल बजा दिया है। डी जे संचालकों ने अब बिना किसी डर या भय के इन कम्पनीज के खिलाफ बगावत शुरू कर दी है और लूट खसोट की रकम को वापिस करने की मांग कर दी है।

एसोसिएशन के प्रेसिडेंट सुनील कुमार  सोनू और जनरल सेक्रेटरी एस के सिंगला ने कहा कि इन तीनों अनरजिस्टर्ड कॉपीराइट कम्पनीज पी पी एल- नोवैक्स और आई पी आर एस द्वारा की गई अवैध वसूली का घपला 2500 करोड़ रुपए का है। हम क़ानूनन पंजीकृत केवल उन्हीं संस्था को ही लाइसेंस शुल्क देंगे, जोकि रजिस्टर्ड होंगी। हम जनता को जागरूक करना चाहते हैं कि  यदि आप अपना कोई भी निजी समारोह करवाते हैं तो वहां पर आपको डीजे साउंड सिस्टम अरेंज करने के लिए अतिरिक्त लाइसेंस शुल्क देना पड़ता है, नहीं तो वो आप का इवेंट बंद कर सकते हैं। इसलिए आप सब मिल कर इनकी धक्केशाही के खिलाफ आवाज़ उठाएं। यह अनरजिस्टर्ड कम्पनीज 2500 करोड़ रुपये का काला धन इकट्ठा कर चुकी हैं। कई बार इवेंट की वो रसीद नही देते।  मैरिज, रिंग सेरेमनी और बर्थडे पार्टी के लिए वो ऑथोराइज़ नहीं है और न ही कोई रसीद देते हैं। अगर इन अनरजिस्टर्ड कॉपीराइट कम्पनीज की ओर से यह नहीं रुका तो मजबूरन उन्हें इनकी धक्केशाही के खिलाफ कोई ठोस कदम उठाना होगा। 

     

वहीं इस अवसर पर आई पी एडवाइजर संजीव वधवा ने कहा कि यह तीनों ही कम्पनीज मौजूदा समय मे कॉपीराइट एक्ट के तहत रजिस्टर्ड ही नही है। जब यह रजिस्टर्ड नही है तो लोगों को डरा धमका कर वसूली किस आधार पर कर रही हैं, अगर रजिस्टर्ड हैं तो कॉपीराइट एक्ट 33 के डॉक्यूमेंट् दिखाएं जो इनकी प्रमाणिकता साबित कर सकें। संजीव वधवा ने कहा कि कॉपीराइट एक्ट 1957 में अस्तित्व में आया था, उसके अंतर्गत पी पी एल और नोवैक्स रजिस्टर्ड थी। वर्ष 1994 में कॉपीराइट एक्ट 33 के तहत इसमें कुछ बदलाव किए गए, लेकिन इन कम्पनीज ने उन अमेंडमेंट को दरकिनार अपना वसूली का धंधा बदस्तूर जारी रखा। यह कम्पनीज 2012 तक तो कॉपीराइट एक्ट के तहत रजिस्टर्ड रही, लेकिन उसके बाद इन्होंने नए रूल्स एवम रेगुलेशन को फॉलो न करते हुए अपने आप को कॉपीराइट एक्ट के तहत रजिस्टर्ड ही बताया। वहीं वर्ष 2017 में अस्तित्व में आई आई पी आर एस ने कॉपीराइट एक्ट के तहत रजिस्ट्रेशन करवाया, जोकि वर्ष 2022 में वो रजिस्ट्रेशन एक्सपायर हो गया। लेकिन इनका भी वसुली का धंधा अभी तक जारी है। वर्ष 2013 से लेकर 2023 मौजूदा समय तक यह तीनों ही तथाकथित कम्पनीज 2500 करोड रुपए का घपला कर चुकी है। इससे देश को भी रेवेन्यू में चुना लगाया गया है। 

एसोसिएशन के पदाधिकारी जे पी सिंह ने भी इन कम्पनीज की लूट खसोट की कड़े शब्दों में निंदा करते हुए कहा कि यह कंपनियां देशभर में पिछले लंबे समय से धक्केशाही करते हुए लूट  खसोट करती आ रही है। इनके खिलाफ सख्त से सख्त कार्रवाई की जानी चाहिए और लूटा हुआ पैसा वापिस दिलाया जाना चाहिए। देश के प्रधानमंत्री, गृहमंत्री सहित चीफ जस्टिस ऑफ इंडिया, ई डी, कॉमर्स मिनिस्टर सहित कॉरपोरेट अफेयर मिनिस्टर को भी पत्र लिख कर इन कम्पनीज की ई डी से जांच करवाएं जाने की मांग की है।

अंत में इन सभी ने एक स्वर में कहा कि अगर इन कंपनियों की लूट खसोट और धक्केशाही के खिलाफ जल्द से जल्द सख्त कार्रवाई नही की जाती तो रोष स्वरूप मजबूरन उन्हें सड़कों पर उतरना पड़ेगा और इसके गंभीर परिणाम भुगतने पड़ेंगे 

Haryana Extension Lecturer Welfare Association will Protest against the Govt. on October 2 Regarding Their Demands

Chandigarh, Sept.30, 2023:-A press conference was organized at the Press Club, Chandigarh on Saturday regarding the protest to be held by Haryana Extension Lecturer Welfare Association on October 2 regarding their regularization and other demands, in which Dr. Charan Singh Grover, Dr.  Sumer Siwach, Dr. Ishwar Singh, Dr. Saroj Dahiya, Dr. Tanjum Kamboj, Dr. Radha Rathi, Dr. Sonu Bhardwaj, Dr. Sita Dagar and Dr. Sher Singh participated.

Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Sumer Siwach explained about the various demands of the Extension Lecturers and called for a peaceful demonstration on October 2 in Sector 5, Panchkula. Association representative has also declared to march towards Chief minister House in their protest. He said that a large number of his friends will participate in this peaceful demonstration. 

 On this occasion, Dr. Charan Singh Grover said that the extension lecturer, who are working in various colleges of Haryana, have given the essential days of their lives to the government in time of need.  He said that his colleagues who had joined as extension lecturers in 2010-2011 are no longer eligible to fill the forms for regular recruitment due to expiry maximum age limit requisite  for a government job as many of them have crooss this age limit. Now they have to constantly depend on the mercy of the principals.

On this occasion, Dr. Ishwar Singh said that apart from the higher education officials and the minister of the department, he has also talked to the Chief Minister many times regarding his demands, but every time he gets only assurance.  He said that we extension lecturers have never been against regular recruitment.  He said that currently about 4100 posts are lying vacant in the department and the number of our working extension lecturers is around 2000.  He said that the extension lecturers working earlier should be regularized and the government should make new recruitment on the remaining posts, so that the future of the new candidates also does not get spoiled.

On this occasion, Dr. Saroj Dahiya also expressed her views explaning  the pain of extension Lecturer and demanded job regularity for the top achievers of our academic persuit.

Raman Dewan’s Song ‘Haath Mein Mauli’ Launched

Chandigarh, Sept. 29, 2023:- Song 'Haath Mein Mauli' sung by well-known singer of devotional songs Raman Dewan was launched at a press conference here at Chandigarh Press Club. Apart from the singer, others who were present at the launch were social worker Sonu Sethi, Mukesh Inayat, Muninder Chanchal and others. All of these people feature in short roles in the song's video too. Yogi Suraj Nath Ji, a respected Hindu Religious Guru was also present. First a preview of the 4-min video of 'Haath Mein Mauli' was held and then details of the song were shared with media in a press conference.

 

Dewan said that he got motivated to record the song due to an incident related to his own son. Raman said that years back he was shocked when his eight-year-old son removed 'Tikka' on his forehead and also showed reluctance to wear 'Mauli', the sacred thread worn on one's wrist by Hindus after a visit to a temple. He told him that his friends make fun of him when he wears these pious Hindu accessories.

 

He told his son that 'Mauli' is our 'Kawach' as nine mantras are recited by the temple priest while tying the sacred thread on the devotee's wrist. It is a protection from evil for us. 'Mauli' is so revered that these are not only tied by temple priests on devotees' wrists but also used during Raksha Bandhan which is a solemn festival that showcases the love between brother and sister. It is 'Sutradhar' that connects all Hindus to the almighty.

 

He added that one feels positive after applying 'Tilak' and wearing a 'Mauli' in the morning.

 

 Dewan said further that he made up his mind to sing 'Haath Mein Mauli' to make a sincere and honest attempt to spread the beauty of Hinduism as a religion and to drive home the message to our youth that they should showcase our religious 'identity' as is done by the believers of other religions.

 

Talking about the song, Raman Dewan said that the message of the song is that wearing a 'Mauli' and putting 'Tilak' on the forehead is a protocol that all Hindus should follow as this is an important part of Hindutva, which is a way of life.

 

 The song's audio recording and video production took 1.5 months. Audio recording itself took a month and 15 days were spent on video production and post production. The song's lyrics are effective and the video has high production values. The label that has produced the song is R D Music. Lyrics of the song are by Ravi Chopra who has also written songs sung by Bollywood singers like Kumar Sanu, Sonu Nigam etc. The music has been taken care of by Vinay Vinayak and the video director is Vicky Ghai.

 

The production of the song has received support from Vikas Gaur from USA and Sonu Sethi of Sethi Dhaba, Zirakpur.

 

He said that his song talks about the need for Hindus to be more vocal in showcasing their identity so that the world recognizes the symbols of Hindus as these have been a part of Sanatan Sanskriti for thousands of years.

Mohali, Aept. 29, 2023:- फोर्टिस हॉस्पिटल मोहाली ने जन्मजात हृदय रोगों से पीड़ित बच्चों के लिए एक विशेष कार्यक्रम आयोजित किया। इस अवसर पर इन बच्चों के लिए कई मनोरंजक कार्यक्रमों के अलावा एक मैजिक शो भी आयोजित किया गया जिनकी हृदय सर्जरी हुई थी। इस कार्यक्रम में 40 से अधिक बच्चों के माता-पिता ने भाग लिया, जिनकी फोर्टिस मोहाली में ओपन हार्ट सर्जरी या कार्डियक इंटरवेंशनल्स हुआ था।

डॉ. टी.एस. महंत, एग्जिक्यूटिव डायरेक्टर व हेड़-सीटीवीएस ने फोर्टिस अस्पताल, मोहाली में - पीडियाट्रिक -सीटीवीएस (कार्डियोथोरेसिक और वैस्कुलर सर्जरी) में पेश किए जा रहे विभिन्न तकनीकी रूप से उन्नत उपचारों के बारे में जानकारी दी। उन्होंने इस अवसर पर कहा कि फोर्टिस मोहाली के बाल हृदय विज्ञान विभाग - पीडियाट्रिक कार्डियक साइंसेज विभाग ने उल्लेखनीय उपलब्धियां हासिल की हैं और यह इस क्षेत्र का एकमात्र अस्पताल है जहां न केवल पंजाब, हरियाणा और हिमाचल प्रदेश से, बल्कि पाकिस्तान, अफगानिस्तान, इराक, मंगोलिया और दक्षिण अफ्रीका से भी रोगी आते हैं।

अपने स्वागत भाषण में डॉ. रजत गुप्ता, कंसल्टेंट- पीडियाट्रिक कार्डियोलॉजी, फोर्टिस हॉस्पिटल मोहाली ने कहा, "फोर्टिस मोहाली में हर साल लगभग 500 हृदय संबंधी सर्जरी और हस्तक्षेप आयोजित किए जाते हैं, जिनके परिणाम नवीनतम विश्व मानक के बराबर होते हैं। जन्मजात हृदय दोष (सीएचडी) भारत में शिशु मृत्यु का सबसे आम कारण है, अनुमान है कि हर साल 1,80,000 से अधिक बच्चे सीएचडी के साथ पैदा होते हैं। सीएचडी वाले कई शिशुओं को जीवन के पहले वर्ष के भीतर सर्जिकल इंटरवेंशन की आवश्यकता होती है, अन्यथा स्थिति जीवन के लिए खतरा साबित हो सकती है। इसलिए ऐसे मामलों में समय पर इंटरवेंशन महत्वपूर्ण है। उन्होंने चेतावनी के संकेतों के बारे में भी विस्तार से बताया जिन्हें गंभीरता से लिया जाना चाहिए।  

इस अवसर पर उपस्थित बच्चों के लिए एक मैजिक शो का भी आयोजन किया गया, साथ ही उनके लिए मनोरंजक कार्यक्रम और रोचक खेल भी आयोजित किये गये। साइकोलाॅजिस्ट आंचल शर्मा ने दर्शकों से बातचीत की कि हृदय रोग से पीड़ित बच्चों को कैसे परामर्श दिया जाए। इन बच्चों के अभिभावकों ने फोर्टिस अस्पताल, मोहाली में अपने अनुभव के बारे में भी बताया जहां उनके बच्चों का इलाज चल रहा है।

आरजे गोलमाल गगन ने इस अवसर पर दर्शकों का खूब मनोरंजन किया।

अगर आप कुछ पाने की जगह सब कुछ पाना चाहते हैं तो इस बात पर जरूर ध्यान दें, किसी को छोड़ो या न छोड़ो पर अंदर की इच्छाओं को जरूर छोड़ना क्योंकि बाहरी वस्तुऐं, छोड़ने से कुछ मिलता है, अंदर की वस्तु छोड़ने से सब कुछ मिलता है, इसलिए छोड़ो तभी आप आकिंचन हो पायेंगे। आत्मा के अलावा इस लोक में कोई भी कुछ भी परिग्रह मेरा नहीं है, ऐसा भाव। यह भाव जब सच्ची श्रद्धा सम्यग्दर्शन के साथ होता है वह ही हमें निज तक पहुचाती हैं। आध्यात्म साधना का चरम रूप ही आकिंचन है। निर्ग्रंथ मुनि महाराज ही इस धर्म के अधिकारी होते है। 

कण-कण स्वतंत्र हैं, अणु मात्र भी मेरा नहीं है! यही धर्म हमें सिखाता है। "जिसने कहा सब तेरा वह तरा" और "जिसने कहा सब मरा  वह मेरा"। न मेरा, न तेरा, ये दुनिया रैन बसेरा।

Chandigarh, Sept.27, 2023:- जन्मजात हृदय रोग भारत में शिशु मृत्यु का सबसे आम कारण है क्योंकि हर साल 1,80,000 से अधिक बच्चे इस दोष के साथ पैदा होते हैं। सीएचडी वाले कई शिशुओं को जीवन के पहले वर्ष के भीतर सर्जिकल हस्तक्षेप की आवश्यकता होती है, अन्यथा स्थिति जीवन के लिए खतरा साबित हो सकती है। इसलिए ऐसे मामलों में समय पर चिकित्सा हस्तक्षेप महत्वपूर्ण है।

माता-पिता के लिए मुख्य चिंता यह जानना है कि नवजात शिशु स्वस्थ है या नहीं। हालांकि, यदि बच्चा जन्मजात हृदय दोष (सीएचडी) के साथ पैदा होता है, तो माता-पिता अत्यधिक मानसिक पीड़ा से गुजरते हैं।

डॉ. रजत गुप्ता ने बताया कि बच्चों में अधिकांश हृदय समस्याएं जन्म से ही होती हैं (जन्मजात हृदय दोष या सीएचडी) और यह हृदय में एक साधारण छेद, हृदय के विभिन्न हिस्सों में कई छेद, हृदय वाल्व या धमनी की जकड़न या बहुत जटिल हो सकता है। दोष जहां धमनियां गलत तरीके से जुड़ी हुई हैं या हृदय का आधा हिस्सा अच्छी तरह से नहीं बना है। बच्चों में हृदय की कुछ समस्याएं बैक्टीरियल इंफेक्शन(रूमेटिक हार्ट डिजीज) या वायरल इंफेक्शन (मायोकार्डिटिस) का परिणाम होती हैं।

जन्मजात हृदय रोग (सीएचडी) के कारण पर चर्चा करते हुए डॉ. रजत गुप्ता ने बताया कि जन्मजात हृदय रोग गर्भ में विकास के दौरान हृदय के असामान्य गठन के कारण होता है। हालांकि अधिकांश मामलों में स्वास्थ्य स्थिति का सटीक कारण ज्ञात नहीं है, कुछ कारणों में शामिल हैं: जैसे आनुवंशिक, वायरल इंफेक्शन, मैटरनल डायबिटीज।

डॉ गुप्ता ने कहा कि एक बच्चा स्वस्थ दिखाई दे सकता है, लेकिन फिर भी उसे अंतर्निहित हृदय संबंधी समस्या हो सकती है। ऐसा इसलिए है क्योंकि जन्मजात हृदय दोष किसी बच्चे में हमेशा लक्षण प्रदर्शित कर भी सकते हैं और नहीं भी। इसके अलावा, लक्षण उम्र के अनुसार अलग-अलग होते हैं। शिशुओं को सांस लेने में परेशानी, वजन कम बढ़ना, फीड इनटॉलेरेंस, होठों के आसपास नीलापन, जिसे सायनोसिस कहा जाता है, का अनुभव हो सकता है। बड़े बच्चों और किशोरों में घबराहट, बेहोशी (या ब्लैकआउट), कम वजन बढ़ना, व्यायाम सहनशीलता में कमी और आसानी से थकान होना जैसे लक्षण अनुभव होते हैं।

उन्होंने बताया कि हालांकि अधिकांश सीएचडी का निदान गर्भावस्था के दौरान एक विशेष प्रकार के अल्ट्रासाउंड का उपयोग करके किया जा सकता है जिसे फेटल इकोकार्डियोग्राम कहा जाता है, हालांकि उनमें से कई का पता जन्म के बाद या बाद में जीवन में, बचपन या वयस्कता के दौरान ही लगाया जाता है। यदि डॉक्टर को संदेह है कि बच्चे में जन्मजात हृदय दोष हो सकता है, तो निदान की पुष्टि करने के लिए इकोकार्डियोग्राफी पहला कदम है।

उन्होंने आगे बताया कि जन्मजात हृदय दोष का उपचार स्थिति के प्रकार और गंभीरता पर निर्भर करता है। जन्मजात हृदय दोष वाले अधिकांश बच्चे पूरी तरह से सक्रिय हैं और उन्हें प्रतिबंध की आवश्यकता नहीं है। शारीरिक गतिविधि को बढ़ावा देना चाहिए। तैराकी, साइकिलिंग और दौड़ को प्रोत्साहित किया जाना चाहिए। विशिष्ट हृदय समस्याओं वाले कुछ बच्चों में, बाल हृदय रोग विशेषज्ञ ज़ोरदार खेल गतिविधियों या प्रतिस्पर्धी खेलों के खिलाफ सलाह दे सकते हैं।

A celebratory event took place with representatives of the Vietnamese and Czech governments alongside Škoda's local distribution and production partner, TC Group.  Škoda Auto celebrates market launch with celebratory event, plans to expand dealer network.

The Czech car manufacturer presented the Kvasiny- produced SUV model series Karoq and Kodiaq, which will be the first models available on the local market. Customers can purchase these at the first Škoda showroom in Hanoi from 25 September onwards. Additional showrooms in central and south Vietnam are in the pipeline. The goal is to expand the dealer network to 20 Škoda dealerships by 2025 and 30 by 2028.

First models imported from Europe in 2023, start of local CKD production in 2024

Škoda has a well-defined roadmap for the Vietnamese market, with plans to expand its model portfolio in response to customer preferences. The Octavia and Superb models are slated for importation to Vietnam in the medium term. Additionally, the all-electric Enyaq family is being introduced to cater to the growing demand for electric vehicles among Vietnamese consumers.

Starting in the second half of 2024, Škoda will be tapping into significant regional synergies. By then, the first Kushaq vehicles will have been exported from the Pune facility in India to Vietnam for assembly from CKD (Completely Knocked Down) kits, with the Slavia set to follow in 2025. Construction of a production line at the Viet Hung Industrial Park in Quang Ninh province by Škoda's local partner TC Group is already underway. Based on market trends, there are ambitions to ramp up production, potentially assembling as many as 27,000 vehicles annually after 2027.

High growth potential and projected annual deliveries of over 40,000 units beyond 2030

The automotive market in Vietnam is exceptionally dynamic. At present, Vietnam is the fourth strongest automotive market in Southeast Asia. Moreover, with only 38 vehicles per 1,000 inhabitants in a population of roughly 100 million people and given the anticipated national economic growth, Vietnam is emerging as the country with the highest growth potential in the region. The brand foresees annual sales of 30,000 units in the medium term, with that figure rising to more than 40,000 units after 2030. The capacity at the Viet Hung Industrial Park, where the TC Group-owned plant is located, could be used in the future to expand production with a view to potentially exporting Škoda models across the entire ASEAN region.

उत्तम तप का अर्थ है इच्छा निरोधा  तपः । अपनी इच्छाओं को वश में करना। आज हमारे दुःख का मूल कारण इच्छाओं का असीमित होना है। जो तपता नहीं, वो पकता नहीं। तप पकने की प्रयोगशाला है। तपस्या की आग से गुजर कर ही परमात्मा बनती है। हम अपनी औकात से ज्यादा सपने देखते हैं, इसलिए दुखी परेशान रहते हैं । जितनी आय हो उतने ही सपने देखो। आज का आदमी बच्चों को कम पाल रहा है,इच्छाओं औरचिन्ताओं को ज्यादा पाल रहा है। जो तप इच्छाओं से रहित होकर किया जाता है, वही तप परम पद को दिलाता है। तपस्या का प्रारंभ कठिन है परन्तु अन्त बहुत मधुर है। तप से सभी सिद्धियाँ अपने आप प्राप्त हो जाती है। यह जानकारी श्री धर्म बहादुर जैन जी ने दी।

बर्तन गरम हुए बिना दूध गरम नहीं हो सकता है, उसी प्रकार बत्स तप सहायक है अन्तरंग 'तपों की वृद्धि में। तप करने से मन की विकारी प्रवृत्ति का भी क्षय  होता है। मन शुद्धि विश्व की सबसे बड़ी शुद्धि है। व्यक्ति के जीवन में एक छोटा सा संयम रूपी तप, उसे भविष्य का भगावान बना देती है। इस संसार में व्यक्तियों की इच्छाओं का अंत नहीं है। एक इच्छा की पूर्ति होती है लेकिन उसके पीछे बहुत सारी इच्छाएँ लाइन लगाकर खड़ी हुई है। व्यक्ति का तो नाश हो सकता है लेकिन इच्छाओं का नहीं, इसलिए इन इच्छाओं को रोकना का एक ही उपाय है इन इच्छाओं को दवा देना इनकी पूर्ति नहीं करना तभी वह रुक सकती हैं अग्नि में कितना ही ईधन डालो वह सब नाश को प्राप्त होता है इसलिए ईधन डालना बंद कर दो वह अग्नि अपने आप शांत हो जाएगी। जिस प्रकार तिल में तैल है, दूध में घी है, पाषण में सोना है उसी प्रकार हमारी आत्मा में भी परमात्मा बनने की शक्ति है आवश्यकता है उसे तपाने की। तपे बिना घी, सोना प्राप्त नही हो सकता है इसलिए शरीर शक्ति के अनुसार तप को अंगीकार करो। अन्यथा दुख उठाना पड़ेगा भव -भव में ।

Tandon Raises the Issue of Promoting UTCA Membership in the 92nd AGM of the BCCI

Chandigarh, Sept.25, 2023:- In the 92nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of BCCI held in Goa, UT Cricket Association (UTCA) President Sanjay Tandon made a strong pitch to the executive for the upliftment of cricket in the city. Primarily, Tandon expressed his gratitude to the BCCI Secretary, under which the BCCI has given field equipment to UTCA to conduct the matches in the wetty conditions worth about Rs 1.5 crore. Tandon strongly demanded during the meeting that UTCA's membership in the BCCI should be promoted. He was of the opinion that in the last four years of its formation, the cricketers from Chandigarh have proved their mettle at the national and international level. Therefore he urged that UTCA membership should be promoted so that the players of Chandigarh can get better benefits. He said that construction and revival stadiums are taking place across the country for which efforts should be intensified for Chandigarh also. Treasurer CA Alok Krishna was also representing Chandigarh in the meeting. Tandon and Krishna demanded more budget allocation for UTCA. Secretary Jay Shah also took cognizance of Tandon's demands and said that the BCCI will continue its efforts in improving the infrastructure of cricket in Chandigarh.

Havells Lloyd Chandigarh Golf League 2023 Set to Tees office

The Havells Lloyd Chandigarh Golf League in association with Trident Hills Panchkula is all set to tee off on September 26, here at the nursery of Indian golf, the Chandigarh Golf Club. The four-week extravaganza will see as many 21 teams & 378 players compete in a league-cum-knock out format with 18 players representing each side. Each team was given 10 owner's picks with the balance picked from the player pool during the Player Auction held on August 18.

The league, headlined by India's leading Fast Moving Electrical Goods (FMEG) Company, Havells India Limited, will see the 21 teams split in 3 groups in the round robin stage with each team playing all others in their group. The top twelve teams will qualify for the Super 12 knock out stage which will played in the third week of October. The top four teams will get a bye into the quarter final with the balance four joining them through a knockout Super 12 pre quarter final. All matches will be played in both, the morning & afternoon sessions starting 8:00 am. The total prize money is worth INR 28 Lacs for the teams with the winning team taking home INR 12 Lacs.

Trident Hills Panchkula have come onboard, as the associate sponsor while BMW Krishna Automobiles is the Automobile Partner. City based Alchemist Hospital is the Health Partner for the event while InCred Wealth is the wealth partner. Chandigarh, Sept.24, 2023:- वार्ड नंबर 24 के अधीन आते सेक्टर 42 गर्ल्स कॉलेज के सामने ग्रीन बेल्ट में मोबाइल टावर लगाए जाने के विरोध में सैर करने आने वाले लोगों सहित आसपास रहने वाले लोगों ने विरोध स्वरूप रोष प्रकट किया और नगर निगम से इसे न लगवाए जाने की अपील की। लोगों ने इसको लेकर एरिया पार्षद जसबीर सिंह बंटी को ज्ञापन पत्र सौंप इस तुरंत प्रभाव से रुकवा कर पार्क में टॉयलेट ब्लॉक लगाए जाने की मांग की।

 सेक्टर 42 गर्ल्स कॉलेज के सामने ग्रीन बेल्ट में मोबाइल टावर लगाए जाने के लिए गड्डा खोदे जाने का पता चलने पर चंडीगढ़ रेसिडेंट वेलफेयर एसोसिएशन सेक्टर 42 सी के पदाधिकारियों प्रेजिडेंट  सरोज सेन ,सचिव शशि कुमार शर्मा उपसचिव  हरजीत सिंह कैशियर ,बी बी गुप्ता , बृजमोहन शर्मा , विनोद कौशल, एस के बंसल एवं नागेश सहित सेक्टर निवासी भी इकट्ठे हुए और एरिया पार्षद जसबीर सिंह बंटी को मौके पर आने की अपील की। पदाधिकारियों 

का कहना है कि मोबाइल कंपनी वाले कब आकर यह खड्डा खोद गए पता भी नही चला। किसी द्वारा पता चलने पर सब पार्क में इकट्ठे हुए और इसको लगाए जाने पर रोष जताया। 

उनका कहना है कि रिहायशी एरिया में मोबाइल टावर लगने से लोगों के स्वास्थ्य को बेहद खतरा बढ़ जाएगा। लोगों ने एक स्वर में कहा कि नगर निगम अधिकारियों ने आसपास के रेसिडेंट से बिना विचार विमर्श किए पार्क में मोबाइल टावर लगाने की अनुमति दे दी। उसके बाद से ही सभी लोग इसका विरोध कर रहे हो। पार्क में मोबाइल टावर लगाया जाना स्थानीय निकाय की 2013 की अधिसूचना का उल्लंघन है। पदाधिकारियों ने कहा इस पार्क में आसपास की सभी सोसायटी के बच्चे सुबह शाम खेलते हैं। इसके साथ ही काफी बुजुर्ग भी सुबह शाम इस पार्क में टहलने के लिए आते हैं। मोबाइल टावर लगने से उनके स्वास्थ्य पर बुरा असर पड़ेगा। सुजान विहार की नंदनी घोष ने कहा कि मोबाइल टावर से निकलने वाली किरणें बेहद खतरनाक होती हैं। डब्ल्यूएचओ भी इन किरणों को स्वास्थ्य के लिए बेहद खतरनाक करार दे चुका है। वहीं उन्होंने नगर निगम को आड़े हाथों लेते हुए महज 20 मीटर दूर ही सहज सफाई केंद्र में मौजूद अन्य मोबाइल टावर होने के बाबजूद भी एक और मोबाइल टावर लगाये जाने पर ब्रॉडबैंड कंपनी से अधिकारियों की सांठगांठ का अंदेशा जताया। उन्होंने कहा कि पार्क में सैर करने आने वाले लोगों को मोबाइल टावर की नही एक टॉयलेट ब्लॉक लगाए जाने की जरूरत है।

एरिया पार्षद जसबीर सिंह बंटी ने कहा कि एरिया निवासियों ने उन्हें ज्ञापन पत्र सौंप ग्रीन बेल्ट में मोबाइल टावर न लगाएं जाने की अपील की है। वो जल्द ही इसको लेकर डिप्टी कमिश्नर और निगम कमिश्नर से मिल इसे रुकवा कर खोदे गए स्थान पर टॉयलेट ब्लॉक बनाये जाने की मांग करेंगे।

इस अवसर पर मुख्यातिथि ने खालसा कॉलेज अमृतसर के इतिहास के बारे में विद्यार्थियों को अवगत करवाया और  खालसा कॉलेज मोहाली के विकास कार्यों की प्रशंसा की। प्रिंसिपल डॉ हरीश कुमारी ने विद्यार्थियों को कॉलेज के रूल्स रेगुलेशन  तथा कॉलेज से सम्बधित समस्त महत्वपूर्ण जानकारी साझा की। प्रिंसिपल ने विद्यार्थियों को अनुशासन में रह कर शिक्षण कार्य प्राप्त करने के लिये प्रेरित किया और उन्हें शुभकामनाएं दी
