Chandigarh, April 25, 2023:- Setting the stage for another round of lively discussions on the entrepreneurial Industry issues and concerns, the much awaited annual calendar event TIECON CHANDIGARH 2023 will commence on 29 April 2023 , with a promise to set the narrative for state and national government for the coming year.
With the theme of Innovate, Impact and Invest, the specially curated 8th edition of TiECON Chandigarh aims to highlight the massive reach and potential of entrepreneurial and startup ecosystems to continuously sculpt new and exciting opportunities and delivery systems for enhancing the outlook of our state and national economy.
Given the prevalent global situation, the past two years have presented newer challenges to every nation including India and we as equal stakeholders are up to this challenge, TIE Chandigarh President Robin Aggarwal here said while disclosing the event profile and list of stars adorning the stage this year when TiE Chandigarh completes 20 years of inception.
This year is extra special as we navigate this exciting landmark in our enduring journey to continuously provide thrust, synergy and incentive to business models and new beginnings. Punjab Cabinet Minister Aman Arora has kindly consented to attend the event and share his thoughts, added Robin Aggarwal.
The much awaited one-day event, rightfully billed as the North India's biggest startup and Entrepreneurial Event will be spread across various sessions at the Hyatt Regency, Chandigarh and would be attended by illustrious array of speakers including Ashneer Grover, Founder of 3rd unicorn and Hitesh Oberoi, MD and CEO Info Edge India Ltd.
Informing the media during the press conference , Harit Mohan , Vice President , TiE Chandigarh Chapter stated that in line with TiE Chandigarh's mandate, the event aims to provide mentorship to budding startup enthusiasts and for this dedicated discussions have been listed which are likely to be full houses this time as well. Besides the thought speakers, a carefully curated list of more than 1500 participants and around 50 renowned speakers who will be interacting with the aspiring entrepreneurs during the event.
Dedicated to the virtuous cycle of wealth creation and giving back to the community, TiECON Chandigarh's prime focus is to nurture a pool of future leaders, Harit added further.

Punjab's Startup Ecosystem: Vision for driving innovation and investment would be a major highlight of afternoon which will be followed by Celebrating 20 years of TiE Chandigarh which will be addressed by Founder Volksy Technolgies TiE Global Trustee Murali Bukkaoatnam.
Revving up the late afternoon sessions would include Beyond the Tank: Scaling Business with Investment from Shark Tank, followed by Generative AI and Indian Business: Adapting to stay competitive to another riveting session Influencing with purpose.
Founder Third Unicorn Ashneer Grover would be amongst the speakers at Secrets to Building a Unicorn Session to be simultaneously followed by session on Masterclass: Marketing and Branding, IP Strategy is a business strategy
The conference will focus on budding entrepreneurs with focus on issues confronting the start-up eco-system in the northern region. In addition to this, it will also focus on subject such as scale and sustain a Start-Up, Partap Aggarwal added.
