World Ayurveda Week observed at Desh Bhagat Ayurvedic College and Hospital

Chandigarh Nov. 20, 2020:- Desh Bhagat Ayurvedic College & Hospital observed World Ayurveda Week from 13/11/2020 to 19/11/2020, in continuation of World Ayurveda Day, to spread awareness about benefits of Ayurveda for COVID. To start the event Holy Puja of Lord Dhanvantri, God of Medicine, according to Hindu Mythology was organized. More than 95 Medical Practitioners and 200 people across Fatehgarh Sahib, Mandi Gobindgarh, Amloh & District Patiala were covered.

Dr.Zora Singh, Chancellor and Dr. Tejinder Kaur, Pro Chancellor, DBU, offered to make healthcare comprehensive, affordable and standardized for everyone. He emphasized that there is need for everyone in this sector to work together for best results rather than bringing in distinctions based on private or public, urban or rural, allopathic or Traditional medicine. They expressed quest to provide medical care with professionalism and dedication.

Dr. Sandeep Singh, President, DBU, said that DBAC&H is serving the community from 25yrs and have made all efforts to help the community. We should all join hands and work together to make an impact in the society. For achieving this, way ahead is complex and ardent, however, not impossible.

Dr. Kulbhushan, Director, DBAC&H, shared the benefits of "AYUSH KWATHA" a product of Desh Bhagat Pharmacy for immunity enhancement prepared as per guidelines laid by AYUSH Department Govt. Of India and thanked everyone for their contribution and valuable time.
