Chandigarh June 08, 2020:-Immensely talented veteran artiste, Pankaj Berry, popularly known for his role as Tathacharya on Sony SAB's Tenali Rama has been winning hearts with his exceptional performance. Tenali Rama continues to capture the hearts of millions across the country with the witty tales of Pandit Rama Krishna and his khata-meetha camaraderie with his arch-rival Tathacharya.

While following the stay home and stay safe mantra for the last two months, Pankaj Berry has been missing the hustle bustle of the sets and especially getting into his character, Tathacharya.

Sharing his thoughts, Pankaj Berry said that heI really miss being on the sets of Tenali Rama. He feels during this time off from work, he really feel gratitude and fortunate towards the fact that he got the opportunity to play such a dynamic character like Tathacharya. The love and support that our fans and viewers have showered on this character continues to overwhelm me. This role and character encases all the navras (9 emotions) of acting. It is a great opportunity for an artiste to be able to work around those 9 emotions. Tathacharya is a fulfilling character.

Talking about how he is spending time at home these days, Pankaj said that these are challenging times, especially for people who are used to being out of the house for long hours. I feel staying optimistic is the key. He ensures that he doesn't let negative thoughts cloud my mind. He has taken up the responsibility of household chores and it has we all have been spending the much needed time together as a family. His wife is spoiling us all with delicious Kashmiri dishes.

Sharing a message for his beloved fans and viewers of Tenali Rama, he said that this time is tough but he urge people to stay strong and spend quality time with their families and loved ones. If you are staying away from your family then try to connect with your loved ones through video calls or even a phone call. We shall soon be out of this phase. Till then, stay safe and stay happy.
