Chandigarh 10th December:- The Black Flag March Protest was held to raise their voice by various Contractual Employees and Outsourcing Workers in U.T.,Chandigarh against the exploitation and discrimination at the hands of Chandigarh administration under the banner of All Contractual Karamchari Sangh as these employees and workers are suffering and is having no Equality,Social Security and Security of tenure in the absence of any Central policy since 20 years.
Karamchari Sangh President Ashok Kumar apprised that the Contractual Employees working on sanctioned posts are not being regularized like neighboring states in the absence of any policy and Outsourcing Workers are being hired or fired in lieu of Change of tenders or Contractors having no Security.
All Contractual Karamchari Sangh is raising the demands of nearly 20,000, Contractual,Outsourcing and Scheme workers for regularization of contract employees on sanctioned posts and Equality and Security of tenure of these Outsourcing and Schemes workers repeatedly but no action or initiative either has been taken by Chandigarh administration to resolve the issues nor any meeting was held for welfare of contractual employees and outsourcing workers working since long in various departments of U.T.,Chandigarh.
On World Human Rights Day this Black Flag March was held peacefully to stop exploitation and discrimination of qualified youth and intelligentsia at the hands of Chandigarh administration and Contractors and also to secure the future of born children or citizens of U.T ,Chandigarh as administration is violating the fundamental rights and human rights in this insecure systems.
Karamchari Sangh Chairman Bipin Sher Singh said that if the demands of Contractual and Outsourcing System are not met the Sangh will held "Symbolic Rally " at Sansad Marg, New Delhi to raise their demands to reach at Prime Minister and Home Minister in the coming Loksabha Session.
