Ivy Hospital organizes Free Consultation Camp on Cancer Treatment

Chandigarh 01st August:- A free consultation camp on cancer treatment was organized by Ivy Hospital, Mohali at Mahajan Sabha , Sector 37.

Dr Subh Mohindru , Onco Surgeon and Dr Gupreet Singh ,MD Medicine provided consultation to the cancer patients in the camp.

According to Dr Mohindru , camp gave an opportunity to residents to come forward and reap the benefits of early diagnosis and proper advice regarding treatment which is very vital in cancer detection and timely treatment .

Elaborating the purpose of the camp, Dr Kanwaldeep, Medical Director of Ivy Group of Hospitals said that it is an endeavour to educate patients that cancer is curable if diagnosed early but lack of awareness has developed a fear and wrong notion in their minds about this reasonably curable disease.
