ASSOCHAM Opens Its Regional office in Chandigarh

Chandigarh 18^th April:- The Associated Chambers of Commerce and Industry, ASSOCHAM India has opened up its office in North India early this month, Dalip Sharma, Director, ASSOCHAM said that with its regional office in Chandigarh, ASSOCHAM shall cater to industry and commerce based in Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Haryana and UT Chandigarh initially.

Dalip Sharma said that we aim at empowering the enterprise in region by inculcating knowledge that will be the catalyst of growth in the technology driven global market and help them upscale, align and emerge as formidable player in respective business segments.

Dalip Sharma shared that as a representative organ of Corporate India, we shall articulate the genuine, legitimate needs and interests of industry to impact the policy and legislative environment so as to foster balanced economic, industrial and social development.

Dalip Sharma said that the thrust areas for operations from Chandigarh regional office being Trade & Commerce/ MSMEs, Tourism, Health & Pharma, IT & ITES, Infrastructure/ Real Estate, Innovation & IPRs, Education & Skill Development, Banking & Financial Services, Insurance, Agriculture & Agri-Business, and Food Processing, ASSOCHAM shall work towards creating an environment of India business conducive to compete globally.
