Income Tax Officials Holds Talk

Chandigarh 08^th December:-Income Tax Officials of Range 5 Chandigarh, has organized a talks under the directions of S.D. Jha, Pr. Commissioner of Income Tax-2, Chandigarh and able guidance of Smt. Rajinder Kaur, Joint Commissioner of Income Tax, Range 5, Chandigarh in the Govt. Senior Secondary School, Mauli Jagran, Chandigarh.

Gian Sagar Khurana, Income Tax Officer, Satish Kumar, Income Tax Officer and Subhash Arora, Inspector Income Tax visited the school during day time. The students were made aware of history of Income Tax by playing a documentary film. During seminar Mrs. Manjeet Kaur, Principal of the school was also present. The students were made aware how a Rupee gained and collected by way of taxes is utilized towards development of the country leading to nation building. A participation by the students was praiseworthy. They were very keen to know the importance of taxation and menace of black money / parallel economy.
