Chandigarh 14th November:- The Department of Endocrinology, PGI, Chandigarh and Punjab & Chandigarh Chapter of RSSDI are jointly organizing World Diabetes Day on 15thNovember at Sukhna Lake. The programme includes complimentary blood glucose estimation, blood pressure measurement and body fat estimation. This programme also includes diabetes education programme (diet, exercise and how to prevent complication) by galaxy of experts in their respective fields. Approximately 2000 people are expected to attend the function. Vijay Kumar Dev, Adviser to the Administrator, Chandigarh will be the Chief Guest on the occasion.
