Adviser Inaugurates New Branch of The Chandigarh State Cooperative Bank Ltd

Chandigarh 23^rd November:- Adviser to the Administrator, U.T. Chandigarh, Vijay Dev, IAS, along with Danish Ashraf, IAS, SDM (East) cum Managing Director, Chandigarh State Cooperative Bank Ltd and Kamal K Sharma , Chairman, Chandigarh State Cooperative Bank Ltd inaugurated the 16^th branch of the Chandigarh State Cooperative Bank in Sector-49, today. Adviser to the Administrator also launched first ATM facility in the bank and launched the Golden Jubilee celebrations of The Chandigarh State Cooperative Bank Ltd.

Vijay Dev, Adviser to Administrator, addressed to the gathering at this occasion and was impressed to see the development of Bank as it is a first Cooperative Bank in India to have fully CBS. He also assured that the Chandigarh Administration will provide its full support to the Chandigarh State Cooperative Bank Ltd., Chandigarh. He also expressed that the Chandigarh Administration will consider allotment of booths at a control price to the Chandigarh State Cooperative Bank Ltd., Chandigarh.  Vijay Dev, IAS, said that the efforts are commendable in making the bank fully computerized and increasing the comfort of the customers by providing ATM Facilities. We would welcome more such initiatives by the bank.

Danish Ashraf, Managing Director of the Bank, intimated the gathering about the progress of the Bank in previous years and also assured that Board of Directors will make its efforts to up lift the working and to provide services to its customers as per current market needs. 

Kamal K Sharma, Chairman, Chandigarh State Cooperative Bank Ltd. said that two new branches of the bank will soon be inaugurated in the city in sector 51 and Kishangarh .
