Tata Salt and Tata I-Shakti Brings Chef Harpal Singh Sokhi’s Kitchen to Punjab

Chandigarh 06th October:- Chef Harpal Singh Sokhi today took his caravan to Punjab, the state of food lovers, to experiment with the traditional dishes and create mouth watering fusions. From Makke di Roti to Sarso da Saag, the famous Punjabi dishes got a fun twist and blend of local and fusion magic created by Chef Harpal Singh Sokhi. Taking forward Punjab's love for good food, he wove his magic to create Peethiwala Paratha with Pudina Chutney and Patiala Shahi Frankies.

In association with Tata Salt and Tata I-Shakti, Chef Harpal Singh Sokhi's magical dishes were not just about taste, but also served health and nutrition. Some of the dishes were made using Tata I-Shakti's 100% unpolished dal, which is as nutritious as it is tasty, and a pinch of Desh ka Namak, Tata Salt. The desi tadka to the dishes were rendered by Tata I-Shakti's authentic spices sourced from the best of farms. These are of superior quality, full of natural spice oils, thereby, delivering superior flavor, aroma and taste to Chef Harpal Singh Sokhi's dishes.

Spreading and celebrating the love for food, Chef Harpal Singh Sokhi's 'Desh Ka Swad' will continue this voyage in 13 cities and will experiment with authentic Maharashtrian, Gujarati and Himachali dishes on his visit to these destinations.
