Chandigarh 30th October:- MoneyGram, (NASDAQ: MGI), a global provider of innovative money transfer services is sharing in the celebration of Diwali with customers in India. Any consumer who receives a MoneyGram transaction between October 1– November 11, 2015 in the states of Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat, Bihar, and Tamil Nadu will receive a mobile top up worth Rs.50 across any mobile operator. The consumers from all the previously mentioned states with the exception of the state of Tamil Nadu will also be eligible for a drawing wherein 15 lucky consumers will each win a solar panel and another 20 winners will each win 10 gm gold coins.
Most of the states in India face electricity outage issues. MoneyGram intends to help its consumers to have a brighter and better Diwali experience by giving away solar panels to lucky winners.
