PNB organizing Saving Bank Account Campaign from 1st August to 31st August

Chandigarh 01^st August:-  Punjab National Bank is organizing saving bank account campaign from 1^st August to 31^st August. Today, Sector 17 B, Main Branch of PNB organized a function for the purpose.  On this occasion, Satish Kumar Jain, Director Social Welfare, UT Chandigarh inaugurated the campaign besides inauguration of privilege lounge opened for rendering personalized service to its premium customers. Privilege lounge shall provide all types of services to valuable clients.  

Assistant General Manager of Punjab National BankS K Chopra said that our bank is organizing the campaign to connect the persons with bank who are not connected till date.  For the purpose, bank employees shall visit schools, colleges, Govt Offices, business houses to encourage them to open saving bank account in the bank to avail special schemes.  Bank will be allowing debit card, mobile banking, and internet banking facility to the customers.  Besides this the bank is providing extra benefit to saving bank account holders with PNB-Oriental Royal Mediclaim Policy at the cheapest rates.  Bank has a tie up with Oriental Insurance Company to provide family floater policy which is available to PNB customers on payment of Rs 6930/- for Rs 5.00 lacs.  The scheme is available exclusively for PNB account holders.  In the floater policy account holder and his / her spouse with two dependent children are covered under the scheme.  The age for coverage of facility is 3 months to 80 years with the uniform premium without any medical examination.  The cover is available from Rs 1.00 lac to Rs 5.00 lacs.  Cashless facility is also available under the scheme.
