Chandigarh 09th June:-Chandigarh Group of Colleges, Jhanjeri signed Memorandum of Understanding with National Stock Exchange. Nivya Nair and Kunal Tyagi, Assistant Managers, represented NSE & signed the MOU.
Giving details about the MOU, Assistant Manager Nivya Nair said that under this MoU, National Stock Exchange will impart training at the Jhanjeri Campus and develop skills of the MBA students to operate, invest and provide services in the capital markets. She further added that this will be an in-depth training focused on the capital markets, with theoretical and practical components to upgrade the knowledge and proficiency of the students of CGC Jhanjeri. She said that after successful completion of training, the MBA students of CGC Jhanjeri will become NSE Certified Investment Consultants.
Speaking on the occasion, President, Rashpal Singh Dhaliwal said that CGC students of MBA at CGC Jhanjeri will have Investment Certification from India's largest Stock Exchange and their employability for top class placements will be enhanced along with the quality education for its students. Certification of NSE will give better placements in the Mutual fund and other investment industry. He further added that NSE will give its original trading software to CGC Jhanjeri by which students of MBA will learn and master the art of investment and increase the finance literacy and knowledge of students.
