Police Arrest 2 Person for Consuming Liquor at Public Place

Chandigarh 19th May:- Chandigarh police arrested Mahesh Shah resident of 56, Chandigarh near District Court, Sector-43, Chandigarh while consuming liquor at public place. A Case FIR No. 168 U/S 68-1-14 Excise Act has been registered in PS-36, Chandigarh. Accused was later on bailed out. Further investigation is going on.   In similar case Chandigarh police also arrested Tarlochan Singh of Badanpur, Distt-Mohali from backside Market, Sector-35-D, Chandigarh while consuming liquor at public place. A Case FIR No. 169 U/S 68-1-14 Excise Act has been registered in PS-36, Chandigarh. Accused later on bailed out. Further investigation is going on.
