PGI to organise Drug-De-addiction Camp

Chandigarh 15^th May:- Drug-De-addiction and treatment centre, Department of Psychiatry, PGI, Chandigarh is going to organise Drug-De-addiction Camp in Village  Majri, Distt Mohali on 17^th May 2015 (Sunday).  Free medicines will be given for de-addiction for all type of drugs including Biddi, Cigarettes, alcohol, opium, injections, tablets and heroin etc.  PGI team will be available at Hall Math Baba Dayanand Mandir, village Majri from 10AM to 1PM.  Village Majri in situated on Kurali- Siswan road.  This camp is being organised with the support of Development Basant club Majri and Rana Jaidev Singh ex-chairman market Committee Kurali.  This camp is a part of community extension services of Department of Psychiatry. Department is already running de-addiction clinic on everyMonday at district hospital Ropar, every Thursday at primary Health Centre Boothgarh and every Saturday at Civil Hospital Kharar from 10AM to 1PM.  At Boothgarh and Kharar consultation is given for psychiatry problems too.  Needy people can take benefit from this camp.
