Chandigarh 20th April: Jugnoo launched their 'Jugnoo Fatafat' mobile application today at Chandigarh Press Club. Present at the launch was Karan Shukla, Head Jugnoo Fatafat. Fatafat is an on demand hyper-local delivery service that allows the consumers to order Food, Vegetables & Fruits, Medicines, Groceries, Gifts, Stationary, Flowers etc. from their favorite restaurants, supermarkets & shops across the tri-city. The service is a further extension of the philosophy of the Jugnoo family i.e. to make life of the customer as convenient as possible.
Speaking on the occasion Karan Shukla said that Fatafat enables our customers to sit at home yet enjoy a meal from their favorite restaurants or get groceries and vegetables delivered to their doorstep. This service is available 24 hours 7 days a week. Karan Shukla also added that Fatafat will soon launch its services in other cities as well. Giving more detail about how it will work he informed that once the customer has downloaded the app & logged in she/he can see a list of all the restaurants from where they can place their orders. They can select their preference from a list of restaurants and bakeries etc. or place an order for Vegetables, Groceries etc under the custom order option. The order once placed is tracked through the app till it is delivered. The consumers can pay through 'Jugnoo Cash'/Cash on delivery.
