Chandigarh 22nd April:- Ashmah International School, Mohali celebrated World Earth Day with fervour. It was held to demonstrate the support for environmental protection. Students planted saplings in the school premises with the help of their teachers. Principal of School Monica Maan told students importance of planting tree to save mother earth.They are motivated to grow more and more trees to save the mother earth from Global warming.
Director J.S.Kesar said while applauding the efforts of students and principal said that to develop love for the nature, children are also given responsibility to take care the plants of school premises .Students planted saplings in school premises and are given duty to take care them for so that liability of taking care of plants can be adopted by students naturally which will lead to turn them into nature lover and responsible citizens of future.
