Inter College Basket Ball Tournament Concludes at CGC Landran

Chandigarh 19^th March:- The Inter College Basket Ball Tournament concluded at CGC Landran, which witnessed true sportsman spirits in the young and dynamic players from various colleges of Chandigarh Group of Colleges. There were 13 teams of boys and 3 teams of girls. Among the boys teams CGC-CEC were winners of the tournament whereas CGC-COE bagged the runners up trophy. CGC- COE Girls Team was the winners among the girls teams.

The tournament began with an opening ceremony and address to all the teams by Chairman, Chandigarh Group of Colleges  Satnam Singh Sandhu and President, Rashpal Singh Dhaliwal and concluded with an enticing and crucial final match between Boys  Team  of CGC CEC and CGC-COE followed by a prize distribution ceremony. The Chairman Sandhu and president Dhaliwal congratulated the winner teams and all other teams for showing their dedication, discipline, team spirit and leadership qualities throughout the tournament. Chairman Sandhu and President Dhaliwal encouraged the participants to take part in such activities and praised department for the event. According to them CGC always looks forward to organize such educational visits so that students should be exposed to practical knowledge.
