Chandigarh 27th February:- SAB TV's Chai Pe Chutkuley culminated with a bang in Chandigarh this Friday. SAB TV, the channel which offered this unique audience engagement cum talent hunt platform, unveiled their campaign with Rajasthan late last year. Chai Pe Chutkuley is the country's first ever platform by a television channel to encourage local and fresh talented individuals who can perform stand-up comedy acts and make people laugh with their comical timing and anecdotes.
The event in Chandigarh saw many talented individuals participating in the auditioning phase, out of these select 10-15 were shortlisted to perform on stage. The Bal Bhavan Auditorium saw a packed house as they all had gathered to witness an evening of sheer hysteria and fun over tea and snacks. Some of the best local talents tried their hand at entertaining and wooing the audience.
According to the Spokesperson from the SAB TV that SAB TV's Chai Pe Chutkuley has successfully managed to tour and find amazing talent from the towns of Kota, Hanumangarh, Bikaner, Jodhpur, Alwar, Ajmer, Bharatpur, Sri Ganganagar and Jaipur in the past. Winners from each of the towns not only won the trophy but some also got a chance to become a part of the SAB TV family. Either through acting or content development, the lucky winners at Chandigarh can now also get a chance to project their talent on-air nationally.
