K 3 ARTS LAUNCHES PUNJABI SINGER SUMESH KAPILA

Chandigarh 20th September:- K3 Arts launch its exciting new discovery in the Punjabi Music Industry: Sumesh Kapila. Sumesh is not the regular Punjabi Singer that music lovers in Punjab are accustomed to. Quite unlike Punjabi genre singers, he is armed with an MBA in International Marketing. Sumesh's debut song 'Ohda Naaa' was released at Chandigarh by the singer and top officials of K3 Arts.

 'Ohda Naaa's' music is by Jawar Dildar who is based in Mumbai and is a known name in the field having given music in famous Punjabi movies such as 'Putt Jattaan De'. Jaggi Jaurkian has written the lyrics. The song is a romantic track. It's about how a lover is not able to tell the world the name of his sweetheart, as his beloved has forbidden him to do so. The song is a soft single which is a great mixture of an enchanting voice & captivating music.  Gurpreet Kang, CEO, K3 Group, said that 'Ohda Naa' will provide a breath of fresh air in an Industry which has been ruled by mainly high decibel & loud music oriented songs. We took notice of Sumesh since he had won several singing competitions in the recent past. One of those competitions was the prestigious,  'National Integration Competition' arranged by Government of India in Varanasi (UP) where Sumesh won the best singer award. His talent noted, K 3 Arts decided to sponsor him.

 

Sumesh Kapila said that he comes from a village named Daghaur near Anandpur Sahib. Though he always wanted to become a Punjabi singer, he did not know how to go about meeting this objective. He is thankful to Almighty that K3 Arts came into his life to give real shape to his dreams.  It is noteworthy that though Sumesh is an MBA his passion has always been music. This song is his debut album. K3 Arts & Sumesh will be further working together to provide only decent, clean, and tasteful music and songs to society. First promos of the song will start soon on PTC Punjabi, Tashan 9xM and several FM radio channels. The Song will also be available as caller tune on all major mobile phone networks (code OHDN). The song will also be available for download on all major digital music stores including iTunes & Amazon.
