Aryans students offer special prayers for JK Flood affected people

Mohali 10th Septermber:- More than 1500 students of Aryans Group of Colleges offered special prayers for the safety of Flood affected people of Jammu & Kashmir. In a Get Together held at Aryans campus, the students expressed their deep concern for the victims of this natural disaster. The students through their silent prayers expressed sorrow over the huge loss of life and property in J&K. They prayed for the peace to the departed souls and patience for the bereaved families.

While addressing the students, Dr. Anshu Kataria, Chairman, Aryans Group of Colleges, Chandigarh said that it is time to pray for all those who were reeling under the unfortunate incident. He added that our thoughts are with all the families affected by the floods in Kashmir in this difficult time. Prof. A.P Jain, Director, Aryans Group of Colleges, while delving further into the incident stated that JK's deadliest floods have swamped hundreds of villages and killed about 200 people in the past week. He added that the state's worst flooding in 60 years has submerged villages, ruined crops, snapped communication links and left thousands homeless.
