JW MARRIOTT ROLLS OUT 'THAI FOOD FESTIVAL'

Chandigarh 11th April:-- JW Marriott Chandigarh commemorates the Thai New Year 'Songkran' in its own way, at Café@JW. To celebrate the occasion, Chefs at Marriott throw open Thai Food Festival rolling out eclectic Thai delicacies over a lunch and dinner buffet at Café@JW from April 12th till April 19th.  If you are bored with the red, green and yellow, give eclectic Thai food a chance with its robust flavours and grilled specialties.  The simplicity of flavors, ingredients of lemon, chilli, galangal and tiny cane baskets for sticky rice will surely take you vicariously to Thailand. Expat Thai Chef Runtiwa Sorlae serves up an authentic innovative quick-fry for those who want to experiment beyond the Tom Yam soup. For dinner, get ready to be welcomed with Thai Tea and Lemon Grass herbal drink. The starters include Chicken on bread & fried Potato in Thai Spice. Further, on the menu is Steam Fish wrapped in Banana leaf, Stir Fried Shimeji Mushroom and Sugar Snap Peas in Garlic Sauce, Stir Fried Homemade Tofu in Black Pepper Sauce, Thai Red Curry and Jasmine rice to get your gastric juices flowing. To wrap your meal, sink your teeth into some fulsome Mango Sticky Rice. The lunch menu is equally elaborative and includes dishes like Mushroom Golden Live Cup, Stir Fried Pokchoy with Shimeji Mushroom, Phad Thai Noodles, Khanom Khrok for the sweet ending and much more.
