Shemrock School Students Visit Rose Garden

Mohali 18th February:-- The students of Shemrock School,Mohali visited Rose Garden to emphasis on safe and nurturing environment. The main objectives of visiting garden was to inculcate the bonding between the nature and children during the early stages of life and to Increase the sense of responsibility of each child by managing his or her own garden besides this children were also taught to reduce water stagnation & reduce mosquito breeding. To motivate them different rose species were shown

While speaking at the moment The Principal S.K Shrama said that spending time in garden not only benefits body but the mind as well.It can be a huge stress buster. It also helps us from anxiety. He further added that social skills, personal independence, physical development and age-appropriate academic skills should be emphasisedtime to time to make tiny tots independent and successful in future.
