Chandigarh 28th February:-- The doyen of Punjabi cinema renowned director Manmohan Singh and producer Sunny Trehan, big name in overseas market,’ today announce launch of their new project Punjabi film - Aa Gaye Munde UK De.
In the presence of an eclectic star cast of suave actors Jimmy Shergill, Neeru Bajwa, Guggu Gill, Gurpreet Ghuggi, Binnu Dhillon, Rana Ranbir, Ihana and Navneet Nishan, Manmohan launched this movie which is a romantic comedy. Besides the actors present, movie also stars Deep Dhillon and Khushboo Grewal.
Manmohan Singh has penned the story as well as its screenplay. Nazir Khan is the cinematographer of project whose dialogues Rana Ranbir has written. Jatinder Shah has composed the music, while lyrics are by Kumar and Raj Kakra. Top notch singers Mohit Chauhan, Kamal Khan, Sunidhi Chauhan, Lambhar Hussain Puri and Mikka will lend their voice for the songs, while Bhupi will be the choreographer. The movie’s shooting has started and expected toco,plete by 10th April. It would be shot in and around Chandigarh. Manmohan Singh, who is largely responsible for bringing Punjabi cinema to its new avatar, has cinematographed with Bollywood biggies like Yash Chopra for movies Dil To Pagal Hai, Chandni, Darr, Mohabbatein and many more. Despite having worked with the best of Bollywood, he remained associated with the Punjabi cinema giving his mother tongue the prominence it deserved. He has produced and directed Jee Aayian Nu, Asan Nun Maan Watna Da, Yaran Naal Baharan, Dil Apna Punjabi, Miti Wajan Mardi, Mera Pind My Home and Munde UK De & Ajj De Ranjhe.
