Indo Global Colleges Organise Mega Job Fair:140 Candidates Shortlisted By The Companies

Mohali 29^th January:-- Over 1200 students from different Colleges across the panjab regions took part in Mega Job Fair organized by Indo Global Colleges. The Job Fair was organized for B.Tech Mechanical, Electronics, Civil Engineering, Computer Science, IT and MBA students. During the Job Fair 140 candidates were selected with the salary packages of from Rs. 2 lacs per annum to Rs. 5 lacs per annum from 25 participating Companies.

Some of the participating Companies were Ingersoll Rand, Aadi Ushma Engineers, Eureka Forbes, Adeco India, Volkswagen, DLF Pramerica, GNA Durga Private Limited, Amagi Media Labs Private Limited, AMELCS, Shrishtri Infra, Irle Kay Jay Rolls, Idea Foundation, Trigma IT, Advance Technologies, Competent Groove, Beta Soft Technologies, OPPEIN, Youth4work.com, Oditi Global Solutions and Fevista. Besides these companies, the Indian Army had also visited the campus for recruitment of Commissioned Officers under the University Entry Scheme.

Speaking on the occasion Sukhdev Kumar Singla Chairman of Indo Global Colleges said that success of the Mega Job Fair speaks volumes on the great efforts put in by the Indo Global Colleges team towards fulfilling the main objective of providing best possible career opportunities to all students. He further informed that in future too there would be many such mega placement drives The selection process for all the Companies mostly consisted of Group Discussions and Interviews with almost all of them clearly emphasizing on selecting students exhibiting excellent communication skills, confidence and pleasing personality in addition to their domain knowledge.
