Indola-Tressed Up Academy(ITA) brings professional hair designing courses

Chandigarh 09th November:--- Indola, the World Famous Hair & Tress Specialists have opened a first of its kind Academy in India in collaboration with Tri-city's well known unisex saloon Tressed Up, in NAC, Manimajra, Chandigarh. The academy -- Indola Tressed-up Academy (ITA) was launched in a glamourous way with the academy's experts giving models hair makeovers from Indola's Street Style collection 2013. The launching was conducted by Nitin Manchanda, Indola's National Technical Head. The Chief Guest on the occasion was Film Actor Ms. Misha Bajwa.

Indola, Technical Head, Nitin Manchanda, said that this is Indola's first hair design academy in India. lndola Professional, the Professional Cosmetics Division of Henkel Adhesive Technologies India Pvt. Ltd. is one of the leading suppliers in the hairdressing business worldwide. We have expertise in the hair styling business and will be providing all types of support to ITA in Chandigarh. This will include practical exposure to trainees about the art of hair design and experienced faculty which will keep coming in from our head office to conduct training sessions at ITA from time to time. The long experience of the brand in the Indian market will be an asset to the ITA. What's more, the trainees at ITA will be given real time experience at the different saloons of Tressed Up and will learn from full time and regular hair designers. The biggest advantage to ITA will be the extensive knowledge that Nitin has gained in make-up and hair styling from London. He has got his trainings from some of the pioneers of the hairdressing world like Antony Whitekar, Tyler Johnston, Lesley Lawson, Tom Kroboth and Leonardo Rizzo in various countries.

According to Mehboob Khan, Owner, Tressed Up chain of saloons, that there was a need felt for a professional academy that can groom youngsters in hair design, which is a good career option. Today, we have filled that vacuum through our tie up with Indola, with the launch of ITA. Mehboob Khan, added that the academy will have varied types of training courses available for aspirants. There will be a 3 month Certificate Course in Hair Designing and a Diploma course of 4 months. Similarly there are many short; one week courses i.e. Advance Cut 'n Colour, Rebounding/Smoothening and Long Hairstyling. In addition one day Seminars would be also available.
