Mohali 23rd September:-- Gain Jyoti organized a training session for the future managers by Industry Professionals at its campus ,where as GJIMT has also signed an MOU with SHRM India, an off shoot of SHRM (USA) to bring Top Industry Professionals to their campus for student training. Director SHRM, Ms. Rashmi Bhargava has shared this initiative and is extended for the first time in North India
J.S Bedi, Chairman GJIMT has expressed bridging the gap between industry and academia as his prime objective to bring Industry professionals to the campus. The facilitation is made to create a platform for students to learn from people working in real-time environment and understanding their expectations from new genre which will join them in near future.
Adnan Rashid (Senior Solution Consultant – Oracle) organized session on Critical Thinking and Decision Making with MBA and BBA students where as Ms. Runa Maitra (HR Strategic Advisor-TATA Group) exposed students to the routine of an HR in Top Tier companies. Session was followed by activities and presentations by students. In this session Company officials have shared real-time case studies from their experience which will help them while working.
