Chandigarh,09 july:-- Haryana Power Minister, Capt. Ajay Singh Yadav released the Sales Manual-2013 of the Uttar Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam here today. Earlier, the Sales Manual was published by the erstwhile Haryana State Electricity Board in 1985.
While speaking on the occasion, Capt. Ajay Singh Yadav said that the publication of new edition would facilitate all the electricity consumers to have a clear view of the instructions. These instructions are not only mandatory as per standards of performance, but are also very useful to all the officials in dealing with the day-to-day billing problems. The latest edition of the booklet will be useful for the public in large particularly the electricity consumers to have all the instructions in one booklet for exercising their rights before various authorities. All the sales circulars and instructions issued after 1985 have been added in this manual for the benefit of consumers.
Chief Parliamentary Secretary, Power, Vinod Bhyana, Chairman and Managing Director, UHBVN and DHBVN, Devender Singh, Director Operation, D.K.Maheshwari and senior officers of the Power Utilities were also present.
